Just saw an Interesting news on BBC.

A New Jersey teenager has unlocked the iPhone, opening the way to Apple’s iconic mobile telephone being used by non-US networks.
The Associated Press news agency confirmed George Hotz, 17, had unlocked the iPhone and used it on T-Mobile, a rival to its sole US operator, AT&T.The hacker says the unlocking takes about two hours and involves some soldering and skill with software. AT&T and Apple have not yet commented on the news.

This is interesting. Really. But is this legal? I mean if the manufacture of the phone have given the phone only for AT&T mobile, how can he use it on T-Mobile? Obviously, its should not be legal to use the phone which other phones than the specified by Apple. Specially in the country like USA, which have very strong copyright and other laws.
And if this is legal, why don,t someone produce it on large number and export it to outside of USA? I mean they can hire this guy. iPhone is the most wanted thing now and I am sure it would be the most profitable business.
I just discovered his blog. He’ve listed all procedures how he unlocked the phone. The phone he unlocked is sold for Nissan 350Z and 3 8GB iPhones. Damn, thats too much.

A guy have claimed that he attended the shooting of Indian Idol’s today’s episode. He also said that Meiyang Chang will be out from today’s show. See his report in Merosansar. All contestants said that Ankita will be out. And ankita said Emon will be out.

Update:Meiyang Chang is gone. Chang is finally out. Alisha is crying, chhi. She has always been fond of him. Mini is also crying. OMG, Alisha left the show.
Update: The last performance of Meiyang Chang in Indian Idol. Alisha comes back to see his performance. She gifted her cap to Chang.

Wow, that asshole leaked the result to too many Nepalese. I would kill that bastard.

I didn’t need loan for study. Actually my college was not much expensive so loan was not necessary for me. But loan is not easily available here even if I want loan for my study. They do loan for house, car etc easily but education loan is hard. Interest is also pretty high on Education Loan. So many people live in village area and their property does not cost more no matter how many lands they have in village.And banks do not loan because of weak mortgage. Thats why people can not get chance to study in good colleges.
In one hand Education in Nepal is not good. Very few of the colleges which are good is not affordable by the average person. And if they wanted to study in good college or wanted to abroad to study they do not get refinance student loans easily. And people are also not aware about thing. There are not any kind of online student loan consolidation programmes available. Thats one of the many main reasons behind the countries poor economy.

Some days ago, I read something in Johnchow.com. Someone was saying that another user commented something negative or bad using his name. May be his name was being abused. But it happened to me today. Somebody used my username and commented something negetive about the Indian Idol contestant Prashant Tamang. I’m using “cocaine” as my username in all forums so people recognize me everywhere. Specially my friends.
I just got an email from my email. He was scolding me how dare I talked like that about Prashat Tamang? What actually had happened was somebody registered the username “cocaine” and said that Prashant is not Nepali. Here is the link: Nepalforum
I do agree that Prashant is not Nepali but he scold me for the statement I didnt make.

I wonder if there is anyway to trademark Usernames for forums and chatrooms.

Todays show have started. Contestants are all in a Golden Dress. They just sang song disco song as a intro. This eposide is named as Disco Special. The first one in the stage Meyang Chang.
Update 1: He sang the song Om Shanti Om. I never heard that song before. He also dance quite well. He sang fabulous. Audience praise him so much and Javed Akhtar agreed. Alisha has been her fan always and she loved it. Anu Malik said it flawless, superb and Outstanding.
Update 2: The next performer is Prashant Tamang. He sang the song “Ek Haseena Thi”. He said its a challenge for his as they judges blamed him of choosing easy song in last episode. I found this song is simple like the song he sang in previous episode, I don’t know how he found it hard song. But he is singing Very good. Break here.
Update 3:: Judges verdict for Prashant Tamang’s performance. Javed Akhtar said something missed. Alisha said his performance kinda shaky. Udit Nayaran Jha said it Good and Anu Malik thinks Prashant deserves top 4th position. Prashant showed his love to a kid. Read the rest of this entry »
