Ninetynine Problems

One more problem of mine, I like know about things even if its not needed to me. Specially if its about money. Some of my friends call me money whore haha. Here I came across a site which provides secured loans. Let me tell you what secured loans. Secured loan is a loan which is secured over a particular asset. And generally your house. Why I’m saying about secured loan here is, the term is not much familiar in Kathmandu. May be because there are very few options in loan and they are too simple.

The site I’m talking about here is EZunsecured.com. The site is about Unsecured business loan service. Unsecured loan doesn’t need anything like home or property etc. A person obtaining an unsecured loan agrees to pay back the loan within a set term and signs documents attesting to such.Credit cards are the most common example of unsecured loan. EZsecured.com provides you the unsecured loan services easily and in a very short time. you can get floor plan financing, invoice factoring ,business loans,credit card service and much more in Ezsecured. You’ll get your desired loan or fund in very short time period i.e. in not more than 3 weeks. The process is very easy, you just submit your documents you’ll get the approval in 1 to 3 days.

Isn’t this cool, but don’t expect these things in Kathmandu.  

What is the most boring thing when shopping in Kathmandu is, if you went to buy something not branded, then they will first price you and give that later for about in the half of what they said before. And I hate bargaining, so I don’t like to go shopping. I need someone with me so he/she will bargain and I’ll pay.

There is need of something like Savebuckets.com a price comparison site. For a product you can compare that’s price in different stores. So you’ll know the price of product, hence you’ll be sure where you’re gonna buy it and the biggest advantage you will not have to bargain. It would be great if there is something like that here in Kathmandu. Only then I could go alone shopping.

Taking always some to shopping have many disadvantages. Like when you buy underwear . I can’t buy underwear if I’m with girls. I don’t bargain for underwear though.

They are buying a whole plot in almost a jungle. And too far from the city. And for too expensive. The place is almost a hour from Sundari Jal in Jungle. They offered to give me company to go to see the land. I wouldn’t invest such a big money in such a remote place. I mean in a jungle. But the view from the place was great. A very cool air and green everywhere. And water everywhere. They are three and they asked me to join them. But I refused, because I am not interested on real estate and secondly, I don’t have so much money so I  can invest in real estate. But they don’t believe that I don’t have money haha, changing mobile each month doesn’t mean that I can buy land in Kathmandu dude. They say the price would be double in 3-4 year. Look at one of the picture, the outer valley(Sundari Jal valley) seen from that place. Far you can see the valley under the fog is Kathmandu Valley.

People are now invading the real estates in the edge or outside of the valley.

My previous college was not so strict but that was ok. I went for my first class in New college. The Government College it is, Nepal Manaviki Campus they said it. The name changed from RR Campus. I joined the evening class, yet there were lots of students. Over fifty. I got only the last desk. And hell, the smell of toilet behind the class room was killing me.

And students. What nonsense, the teacher was teaching and students were talking the phone.  And students were entering the class without asking the teachers and even going out. There was not even a percent of discipline. But its good in one point, I can do whatever I can, I can just left the class in the middle of time if I feel I’m done with that topic. I don’t like sitting all the time in class even if you know everything about that.

Btw, I’m studying English and Social Study.

I was working on a CRM software since some months on some project with Xtremax guys. As some people said in comment, I found something less on it. It gives some trouble when doing with one who already have an account on it. AIM promote might be the solution for it. AIM promote is more than only a CRM software. You can start the trial today. Go try it, I’m sure you’ll like it. Its of course a very good application but I think it is little bit of overpriced. Yet, its cool. I don’t mind paying their cost for those good features.

After allmost one and half year, I’m going college today.

I missed college life so much.

The class is after 1 hour, I should not be late for the first day

I’ve promised with myself that I’ll not bunk classes anymore in my life.

Touch Up Paint shows at the top for each of the targeted keyword in live search. The keywords are very competitive and we get even first place for some of those keywords. But We got very few visitors from them. For the same phrase the site shows at the last of  2nd page in Google and that brings more visitors than 1st place in live search.

That’s the Power of Google. The site is doing pretty good with Adsense, If it got save ranking in Google SERPs like Live SERP, then we’d make really good money. The Google’s SERP seems very hard to get ranking.
