Banks in Kathmandu are unnecessarily careful. They say they wont let me open a bank account if I can not show them two Identity cards. I’ve never heard such rules in any other bank.  And I think sure no banks in United States needs two Identity cards to create a bank account.

My friend applied for mortgage last month. He needed money for his higher study in United States, they estimated his property very low and charged him a very high Interest rate.
