This is what I dream about now while my friends are planning even more. They are planning either America or Australia. I don’t have any American dreams for now, my Kathmandu dreams is already quite big for me. It needs some good amount of “lakh”s for a house. May be it will take 10 years for me. I yet have to complete study, then setting up and company. Setting up a company is another Kathmandu dream of mine.But Banks are pretty kind on this case. I heard that banks give loan easily to make homes. May be ban can takeover the house if they do not pay the loan. I have not much idea bout home loan, mortgages and stuffs. Bad credit remortgages debt consolidation are also the facts I’ve often heard in the home loan topic but I am not yet clear how these things matter. Actually I never heard these things from my friends or other people here, I’ve only read them in Internet. I hope I should not care about all these at least here in Kathmandu.

Well, I am not gonna do it before next 10 years hehe, We have a saying here in Nepali, “chhora paunu kaha ho kaha kannani batna aatturi”.
