Bloody paypal fraud
Random February 20th, 2007A guy sent me 400 euro without talking more than 1 minute. He said he is needing money to buy a laptop. He said he’ve actually bought the laptop and he’ve to pay them within 5 hours. All I have to do is to send 325 euro via western union money transfer within 5 hours and 75 euro is mine. I was obviously attracted to the offer and started to process the money. Thank god, western union do not let us to send money outside. Its only for receiving money in my country. I even saw if there is any other options available or not. Later I got an email from paypal saying that was a fraud money and they take that money from my account. If there was any way to send money to that guy, then I would send him the money that means I would lost 325 euro. Thanks western union or xoom. I wonder really what is the solution of that problem. What if I paid that guy via WU immideately after I got the paypal ammount? Would paypal seize that money from my account in any way? If yes then there is a big risk of using paypal.
