I went to some of the popular banks today to create an bank account. I dont have any local bank account now. I have one US bank account and I am using that for all my works. Banks here really do not have any facility to the customers. They dont have any good online banking system.So, I didnt create any account for now. I will have to check few more banks in the city.Not only online banking, offline banking service is not also good. I was sending some money to my friend via bank and it took me more than 2 hours to done. There was a huge line of peoplea nd there is only one staff to handle hundreds of customers in line.They dont even have a good support staffs. I wanted to know about how to reclaim bank charges, and will I get a credit card or not. But there was no person to exactly help me. They didnt even give me informations about current accounts which I wanted to know. I wanted to know if there is any different on the bank charges between US bank and the local bank but I didnt get any help. I am not sure whether I am really gonna create an account here or not.
