Banks in Kathmandu are unnecessarily careful. They say they wont let me open a bank account if I can not show them two Identity cards. I’ve never heard such rules in any other bank.  And I think sure no banks in United States needs two Identity cards to create a bank account.

My friend applied for mortgage last month. He needed money for his higher study in United States, they estimated his property very low and charged him a very high Interest rate. There are very few of them to compare mortgages because only few banks provide mortgage facility.  None of them provide real good service on Remortgages, mortgages and other banking facility.
